Reopening the War Guilt Debate is a contentious historical discussion centered on which countries or parties bear primary responsibility for the outbreaks of the First and Second World Wars. Okay, well, the First World War is debatable. The Second World War is evident: Germany, Japan, Italy, and the Soviet Union were the baddies.
